  3. Shipping the Item – Securely pack the item and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
